I’m here if you need an Assist

Are you:

  • Short-staffed right now and not able to keep up?

  • Fully-staffed but need some extra help?

  • New to your position and feel lost or need some training?

  • For budgetary reasons, choosing not to hire a full-time employee for just a few tasks here and there?

If any of these apply to you, I have your Assist!

A tall stack of disorganized papers, folders, and documents in various colors on a surface.

Assistance

  • Admittedly, I love processing retirement applications. They’re complicated but my seven years spent processing applications in the NAD Retirement Office has made me fearless with them. I eat retirement applications for breakfast.

  • I’ve reconciled the church’s optional benefits for over 18 years. I kind of love it.

  • I’ve spent over 18 years working with Open Enrollments, reconciling optional benefits, writing emails, updating service records, processing retirements, managing eAdventist, working in APS, and more. Michael Jordan once said of me: “Chandler is the king of benefits!” Though he didn’t say it to me and he also didn’t say it.

  • I literally wrote the book on NAD Service Records. One of my first jobs involved managing NAD Service Records (and writing the user manual for them). I’ve worked with them in various capacities for several decades since then.

  • I love expository writing. I was on the team that rewrote the North American Division Employee Handbook, and would love to help you with yours.

  • I love teaching and training. And I have the patience for it. If you or a colleague needs someone to step them through some aspect of their job, I can help. I would love to actually. My goal would be to give you comfort with your responsibilities, and an environment to learn them in that feels judgement-free. I believe that my knowledge and decades or real-world experience would be helpful to you.

Supporting your mission. Supporting you.

Multiple diverse hands placed together in a circle, symbolizing unity and teamwork.
